Igarashi Motors India Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Igarashi Motors India has announced a board meeting on May 22, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 838.42 Cr, with profit after tax more than doubling to Rs. 24.17 Cr versus last year’s Rs. 9.57 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share was declared. The board appointed BP & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and B Y & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY26. Mr. L Ramkumar will be re-appointed as Independent Director for five years. Remuneration limits for the Managing Director were also proposed for approval.
