Indoco Remedies has announced a board meeting on the re-appointment of M/s A. Y. Sathe & Co as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting April 2025, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Suresh Surana & Associates LLP has been appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Independent Directors Dr. (Ms.) Vasudha Kamat and Mr. Abhijit Gore have been re-appointed for a second five-year term, also pending shareholder approval.
