Fervent Synergies has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, reporting a net profit of Rs. 2.95 Cr for the year versus a loss of Rs. 12.84 Cr the previous year. The food division turned profitable with Rs. 2.12 Cr profit before tax, while the finance division narrowed losses to Rs. 1.77 Cr. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The board also re-appointed Mr. Jayesh Doshi as Internal Auditor and M/s. Sindhu Nair & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for up to five years, enhancing governance continuity. Loans to related parties stood at Rs. 41 Cr, generating Rs. 1.08 Cr interest income.
