Deepak Fertilizers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-05-2025: Dividend

Deepak Fertilisers has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, and proposed a final dividend of Rs. 10 per share, pending shareholder approval. Q4 revenue surged 28% YoY to Rs. 2,667 Cr; FY25 revenue rose 18% to Rs. 10,274 Cr. EBITDA grew 10% in Q4 and 50% for FY25 at Rs. 1,925 Cr. Net profit jumped 21% in Q4 and doubled to Rs. 945 Cr for FY25. Specialty products now account for 22% of revenue. Net debt and leverage improved despite Rs. 655 Cr capex. Key projects are progressing well, supporting a strong FY26 outlook.
