Deepak Fertilisers has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported strong full-year consolidated revenue at Rs. 10,274 Cr, up 18% YoY, with EBITDA rising 50% to Rs. 1,925 Cr and net profit doubling to Rs. 945 Cr. Q4 revenues grew 28% YoY to Rs. 2,667 Cr, led by specialty products growing to 22% of revenue. Bulk fertilizer volumes surged 68% in Q4, supported by crop-specific solutions. Expansion projects for Technical Ammonium Nitrate (75% complete) and Nitric Acid (48%) are progressing well. Dividend of Rs. 10/share proposed.
