Goodluck India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit a record ₹3936 Cr, up 11.7% YoY, with profit after tax rising 23.9% to ₹166 Cr. EBITDA margin remained strong at 8.66% for FY25. The board announced a final dividend of 200% (₹4/share). Operationally, the company commissioned a 50,000 MT hydraulic tubes plant and is expanding its precision pipes facility. Its defence & aerospace subsidiary plans to start trial production in Q1 FY26, focusing on high-growth opportunities.
