Blue Coast Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Blue Coast Hotels has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted a net profit of Rs. 79.996 Cr for the year, largely driven by an exceptional gain of Rs. 84.53 Cr from waiver of unpaid preference dividends. Operational losses have narrowed, though net worth remains negative at around Rs. 19.31 Cr. Management is confident in the company’s prospects, backed by future plans and support from its wholly owned subsidiary, Blue Coast Hospitality Ltd. Preferential equity allotment following convertible share conversions was also ratified.
