VMS Industries has announced a board meeting on 22nd May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The audited annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025 show total income of Rs 29,330.31 lakhs and net profit after tax of Rs 680.45 lakhs, up from Rs 631.53 lakhs in the previous year. Segment-wise, manufacturing contributed higher profits before tax (Rs 862.54 lakhs) compared to trading (Rs 90.85 lakhs). The company’s debt-equity ratio improved to 0.56 from 1.68, and the current ratio rose to 2.77, reflecting better liquidity. The company completed a rights issue raising Rs 28 Cr for working capital and general corporate purposes.
