The new entity will focus on manufacturing, promoting, selling, and distributing pharmaceuticals. Initial paid-up capital is Rs. 1 lakh, with an authorized share capital of Rs. 10 Cr. This move aims to expand Emcure’s presence in the generics segment, though the subsidiary has yet to start operations.
