Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs. 211.43 Cr for FY25, up from Rs. 198.51 Cr last year, with revenue of Rs. 1,325.08 Cr. A strong dividend of Rs. 4.09 per share (40.9%) was proposed. The board also appointed M/s. TNT & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s. Dalwadi & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY26. The audit report came through clean.
