Greenpanel Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Greenpanel has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue dipped to ₹1,435.77 Cr from ₹1,567.04 Cr last year. EBITDA stood at ₹185.69 Cr while PAT moderated to ₹72.11 Cr from ₹135.24 Cr. The company commissioned a new MDF line, adding 2.31 lakh cubic meters of annual capacity, reinforcing its market edge. Net debt rose due to ₹193 Cr capex mainly for brownfield expansion in Andhra Pradesh. An income tax refund of ₹12.87 Cr was also received during the year.
