Orient Bell has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board has proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.50 per share (Rs. 10 face value), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, the payout will be made within 30 days after tax deductions, offering steady returns to shareholders.
