Consolidated quarterly revenue was ₹806.59 Cr, reporting a loss of ₹27.94 Cr due to a ₹47.66 Cr exceptional charge from the UK Leven facility closure; annual consolidated PAT was ₹49.17 Cr on ₹3,198.69 Cr revenue. The company is exiting glass-lined manufacturing at Hyderabad to boost capacity at Karamsad. A final dividend of ₹1/share is planned.
