Clean Science and Technology reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 966.64 Cr and PAT of Rs. 264.41 Cr for the year. Standalone revenue stood at Rs. 922.32 Cr with PAT of Rs. 292.30 Cr. The board has announced a meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year, proposed a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share, and plans to re-appoint key directors Krishnakumar Boob and Siddhartha Sikchi as Whole Time Directors for five years.
