ITC Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

ITC has announced a board meeting on the approval of audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and twelve months ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹84,142 Cr with net profit at ₹35,053 Cr, fueled by strong FMCG, Agri, and Paperboards performance. The company booked an exceptional gain of over ₹15,128 Cr from demerging its hotels business, retaining a 39.88% stake in ITC Hotels. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹7.85/share, totaling ₹14.35/share for FY25. Key acquisitions include Ample Foods, Century Pulp & Paper, Sresta Natural Bioproducts, and Mother Sparsh Baby Care. Mr. Shyamal Mukherjee’s re-appointment and new secretarial auditors were also approved.
