ITC Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹7.85 per share, making the total dividend for FY25 ₹14.35 per share. Strategic moves include acquisitions of stakes in Ample Foods, Century Pulp & Paper, Sresta Natural Bioproducts, and full control of Mother Sparsh Baby Care. Messrs. S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co. are onboard as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
