Archidply Industries Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year. Standalone revenue was ₹464.28 Cr with a profit before tax of ₹10.61 Cr, while consolidated revenue reached ₹557.45 Cr with a loss before tax of ₹7.71 Cr, affected by higher finance costs and losses in the MDF segment. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Daga as MD & CEO and Mr. Deen Dayal Daga as Executive Chairman for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Rajneesh Sharma & Co. was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, also pending shareholder consent.
