Windlas Biotech has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue rose 20% YoY to Rs. 760 Cr, with EBITDA up 20% to Rs. 94 Cr and PAT growing 5% to Rs. 61 Cr. Q4 revenue increased 18% YoY to Rs. 203 Cr, with EBITDA at Rs. 26 Cr (+16%) and PAT at Rs. 16 Cr. The Generic Formulations CDMO segment, contributing 73% of revenue, grew 15%, while Trade Generics jumped 41%. Exports expanded 19%, supported by market diversification and capacity ramp-up.
