Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-05-2025: Record Date

Sun Pharma has announced a board meeting on 7 July 2025 as the Record Date for the final dividend of Rs. 5.50 per share for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the AGM on 31 July 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid by 8 August 2025. The Board also appointed Ms. Vidhi Shanghvi as Whole-time Director (subject to AGM approval) and noted the upcoming retirement of Mr. Sudhir Valia.
