Shiva Mills Limited has announced a board meeting on May 22, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue rose to Rs 16,930.54 lakh from Rs 15,791.91 lakh, but the company posted a larger net loss of Rs 381.12 lakh for the year. No dividend was declared. The board approved partial changes to the MD and JMD’s pay, pending shareholder approval.
