Raja Bahadur International Ltd — Updates, 22-05-2025: Company Update

Raja Bahadur International Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Umang Pittie and Mr. Vaibhav Pittie as Additional and Whole-Time Directors for three years, subject to shareholder approval. Umang Pittie, with over 15 years in real estate and a background in marketing and strategy from the University of Warwick, has been involved in the company’s operations since 2011. Vaibhav Pittie, an IIT Bombay alumnus with 12 years of experience including strategy consulting at BCG, has contributed to the company’s strategic, legal, and financial areas for a decade. Both are relatives of the Chairman and Managing Director.
