Raja Bahadur International Ltd — Updates, 22-05-2025: Company Update

Raja Bahadur International Limited has appointed Mr. Umang Pittie and Mr. Vaibhav Pittie as Additional and Whole-Time Directors for three years, subject to member approval. Umang Pittie, with over 15 years in real estate and an M.Sc in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Warwick, manages daily operations and has been with the company since 2011. Vaibhav Pittie, an IIT Bombay graduate with 12 years' experience including strategy consulting at BCG, has supported the company in strategic, legal, and financial roles for a decade. Both are relatives of the Chairman and Managing Director.
