Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri has announced a board meeting on 22nd May 2025 approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025. The group posted revenue of ₹2,620.48 Cr and PAT of ₹68.39 Cr, up from ₹54.43 Cr last year. EPS came in at ₹10.25. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹2.25 per share (22.5%). Operations remain focused on the core jewellery business in India, backed by a clean audit report.
