HFCL Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

HFCL has announced a board meeting on May 22, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit Rs. 4,064.5 Cr, with a profit before tax of Rs. 216.6 Cr for FY25. The board proposed a 10% dividend (Re. 0.10/share), awaiting shareholder consent.
