Eldeco Housing And Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Eldeco has announced a board meeting on May 22, 2025, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose sharply to Rs. 133.94 crore from Rs. 94.47 crore last year, while net profit declined to Rs. 21.51 crore from Rs. 29.92 crore. The Board proposed a final dividend of 450% (Rs. 9 per share). Chairman cum MD Pankaj Bajaj’s remuneration has been increased from April 1, 2025. New Secretarial Auditors and reappointed Internal Auditors will oversee compliance going forward.
