HFCL Limited — Important, 22-05-2025: General Updates

HFCL has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 4,122 Cr for FY25, with net profit down to Rs. 217 Cr from Rs. 454 Cr last year, due to higher expenses and borrowings. Standalone net profit was Rs. 241 Cr versus Rs. 412 Cr previously. Telecom Products revenue remained stable, while Turnkey Contracts declined. The board proposed a 10% dividend. A new SVP for International Sales has been appointed to strengthen global business efforts.
