TV Today Network Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

T.V. Today Network has announced a board meeting on the approval of consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,038.73 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 74.53 Cr for the year, showing solid growth. The Board approved a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share (60%). The company is progressing on its exit from the radio business, signing an MoU to sell FM radio operations for Rs. 20 Cr. DMK Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years.
