Indo Amines Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indo Amines has announced a board meeting on the approval of its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,07,868 lakh, with net profit rising to Rs. 55.9 Cr from Rs. 43 Cr last year. The Board has declared a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share for FY25. Leadership updates include re-appointments of Mr. Rahul Palkar as Joint MD for 3 years, and Mr. Adhikrao Shingade and Mr. Jayaprakash Shetty as Whole-Time Directors for 2 years, along with Ms. Tejaswini Dalvi joining as a Non-Executive Director. An ESOP scheme for 7.25 lakh options was approved, and the Board greenlit acquiring industrial land in Dombivli to aid expansion.
