Oswal Leasing Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the audited financial results for the year, accompanied by an unmodified auditor’s report from V.V. Bhalla & Co. The company re-appointed M/s Raj Gupta & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and appointed M/s M.G. Jindal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 41st AGM will be held via video conferencing.
