Bajel Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bajel Projects has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting clean audit outcomes. The board plans to raise the borrowing limit from Rs. 2,500 Cr to Rs. 3,500 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sudarshan Sampathkumar, with over 35 years of advisory and private equity experience, joins as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The 3rd Annual General Meeting will take place via video conferencing on August 14, 2025.
