PNC Infratech Limited — Updates, 22-05-2025: Press Release

PNC Infratech has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company and its subsidiary completed the sale of equity stakes in 10 HAM road assets to Highways Infrastructure Trust for INR 1,827.6 Cr, against an equity investment of INR 1,371 Cr. Additional receivables of about INR 824 Cr are expected from scope changes and other items. Sale of two remaining road assets is planned for H1 FY26, aiding capital recycling for new infrastructure projects.
