Luharuka Media & Infra Limited has changed its name to DhanSafal Finserve Limited following approval from the Registrar of Companies. The company has updated its Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect the new name and changed its website URL to www.dhansafal.com and email ID to info@dhansafal.com. It has also updated its logo accordingly. Applications have been made to BSE and RBI to update records and issue fresh certificates with the new name. This rebranding aligns with the company’s strategic direction.
