Greenpanel Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Greenpanel Industries has announced a board meeting on strategic leadership and governance updates. M/s. P. Sarawagi & Associates will be the Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. Himanshu Jindal, a Chartered Accountant with 22+ years of experience, joins as CFO from June 2, 2025. The current CFO, Vishwanathan Venkatramani, will transition to President – Finance (SMP). The 8th Annual General Meeting will take place on August 6, 2025, with M/s. P. Sarawagi & Associates appointed as the voting scrutinizer.
