Dhunseri Tea & Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dhunseri Tea & Industries has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for FY25. The group posted consolidated revenue of Rs. 462.19 Cr, reporting a net loss of Rs. 290.35 Cr despite exceptional gains from asset sales. A 10% dividend (Re. 1/share) has been proposed. Leadership updates include elevating Ms. Bharati Dhanuka to Managing Director (Vice Chairman) till FY27, and the appointment of Ms. Urmi Bhotika as Company Secretary from July 1, 2025. New cost and secretarial auditors were also appointed for FY26.
