Centum Electronics has announced a board meeting to reconstitute key committees, adding independent directors Ms. V Kavitha Dutt, Mr. Tarun Sawhney, and Dr. Udayant Malhoutra across Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees.
