MTAR Technologies has announced a board meeting outcome approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted annual revenue of INR 664.65 Cr, with a profit before tax of INR 71.57 Cr and net profit of INR 52.89 Cr. EPS came in at INR 17.19. The board greenlit new cost, internal, and secretarial auditors for FY 2025-26 and gave in-principle approval to merge its wholly-owned subsidiaries Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence and Magnatar Aerosystems to simplify operations and boost financial strength.
