Mtar Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MTAR Technologies has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹183.1 Cr for the quarter and ₹681.2 Cr for the year, with net profit at ₹13.7 Cr and ₹52.9 Cr respectively. EPS was ₹4.46 for the quarter and ₹17.19 for the year. The board appointed new cost, internal, and secretarial auditors for FY26 and gave in-principle approval to merge its subsidiaries Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence and Magnatar Aerosystems into MTAR to streamline operations and boost financial flexibility.
