Container Corporation of India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-05-2025: Bonus

Container Corporation of India Ltd has announced a board meeting on 22nd May 2025 approving the financial results for 2024-25 with a profit before tax of Rs. 1,698 Cr and a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 (40%) per share, subject to shareholder approval. The board approved a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:4, with shareholders on the record date (to be announced) eligible. This will raise paid-up capital from Rs. 304.65 Cr to Rs. 380.81 Cr, aiming to reward shareholders and boost liquidity and market participation.
