Seamec Limited — Important, 22-05-2025: Updates

Seamec’s wholly owned subsidiary has formed a 50:50 JV with Arete Shipping DMCC named SEARETE India IFSC Private Limited, focusing on vessel buying, leasing, and sales. The JV received provisional registration and Seamec’s subsidiary has invested INR 1.82 Cr for its 50% stake. Operations will commence once approvals are secured, positioning Seamec to expand into ship-owning and leasing business.
