Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval. New statutory auditors KJK & Associates have been appointed for five years, replacing the previous auditor. Internal and cost auditors were re-appointed, and Vishal N Manseta appointed as secretarial auditor for five years. Independent Director Amrita Nautiyal and Managing Director Ramesh Parekh are proposed for re-appointment. Rs. 302 Cr raised from fresh equity has been mainly used for subsidiary investments, capacity expansion, working capital, and corporate needs, supporting growth.
