22-05-2025 | 08:46 pm

Vindhya Telelinks Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a standalone net profit of ₹38.15 Cr for the quarter, up 42% sequentially but down 22% year-on-year, impacted by slower government spending in key EPC segments. The Board proposed a dividend of ₹16 per share, subject to shareholder approval. The company renewed its RADOX® technology agreement for three years and appointed new statutory and secretarial auditors for five years. Leadership changes include re-appointment of the MD & CEO and addition of new directors. Cable segment revenue rose 45% QoQ to ₹207.14 Cr, driven by specialty cables and export certifications, while EPC segment revenue fell 11% QoQ to ₹1023.51 Cr amid project delays. The order book grew over 6% to ₹7250 Cr. Telecom infrastructure expanded beyond 55,000 route km. Legal issues with three subsidiaries persist, delaying financial consolidation, with resolution expected post-legal proceedings.
