MTAR Technologies has announced a board meeting to approve the merger of its subsidiaries Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence Pvt Ltd and Magnatar Aerosystems Pvt Ltd into the parent company. Gee Pee posted turnover of Rs. 0.514 Cr, while Magnatar had no revenue. The merger, with no cash flow or share changes, aims to simplify the group structure, cut administrative costs, boost financial strength, and enhance competitiveness through operational synergies.
