Adroit Infotech has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated net profit before tax slipped to ₹1.51 Cr due to higher expenses, including bad debts of ₹3.24 Cr and GST liabilities from previous years. Despite this, total consolidated assets nearly doubled to ₹96.48 Cr, supported by investments and intangible assets. Operating cash flow turned negative because of working capital shifts, but financing activities helped increase cash reserves. Auditors confirmed clean financials. No dividends or fund-raising plans are in the pipeline.
