Max Estates Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Max Estates has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted total income of Rs. 77.30 Cr for the quarter, with profit before tax at Rs. 21.28 Cr and net profit at Rs. 13.99 Cr. Annual total income reached Rs. 240.67 Cr, with net profit of Rs. 17.34 Cr to equity holders. The company expanded its portfolio by acquiring Boulevard Projects Pvt Ltd as a wholly-owned subsidiary and raised Rs. 80 Cr via QIP. New launches in Gurugram and Noida boost growth prospects.
