Proventus Agrocom Limited — Board Meeting, 22-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Proventus Agrocom has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹584 Cr for FY25, up 16% YoY, led by Brand Revenue jumping 37% to ₹417 Cr. Gross margins improved to 19.8%, EBITDA rose 8% to ₹12.9 Cr, and PAT grew 3% to ₹7.4 Cr despite doubling brand-building expenses. EPS came in at ₹21.40. Operationally, over 2 crore pouches were sold, a 4x capacity expansion is underway at Surat, and supply chain efficiency hit 97% OTIF. Mr. Shalin Sanjiv Khanna resigned as Whole-time Director.
