Pradeep Metals Ltd — Updates, 22-05-2025: Company Update

Pradeep Metals Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 with unmodified auditor opinions. The company reported standalone revenue of Rs. 294.39 Cr and consolidated revenue of Rs. 311.86 Cr for the year. Standalone profit before tax was Rs. 30.67 Cr while consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs. 34.86 Cr. The Board has proposed a final dividend of 25% (Rs. 2.50/share) subject to shareholder approval. It approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhinav Goyal as director and appointed new auditors for statutory, secretarial, internal, and cost audits. A CSR committee was also constituted to oversee corporate social responsibility initiatives. The company’s wholly owned and step-down subsidiaries in the USA contributed revenues and profits to the consolidated numbers. Management confirmed ongoing improvements in inventory management systems at the step-down subsidiary.
