Tata Consumer Products has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year and to hold the 62nd AGM via video conference. The board plans to declare a final dividend of Rs. 8.25 per share and re-appoint Mr. N. Chandrasekaran as director. It will also ratify a Rs. 6 lakh fee for cost auditors and appoint Dr. Asim Kumar Chattopadhyay as secretarial auditor for five years with a Rs. 5.5 lakh fee for FY 2025-26. The AGM supports remote e-voting and online shareholder participation.
