Nibe Ordnance and Maritime Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 16.07 lakhs with a profit after tax of Rs. 114.40 lakhs, while standalone profit after tax was Rs. 11.30 lakhs. The company raised Rs. 115.98 lakhs through the issuance of 3.31 lakh equity shares at a premium. It shifted its depreciation method from Written Down Value to Straight Line, slightly increasing depreciation expense. Mr. Mukesh Ranga has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and ADV & Associates have been reappointed as internal auditors. The statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
