GMR Airports has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Passenger traffic at Delhi and Hyderabad airports reached record highs, boosting Q4 total income by 16% to ₹2,977 Cr and EBITDA by 19% to ₹1,123 Cr. The company increased its stake in Delhi International Airport from 64% to 74% and is moving towards full ownership of ESR GMR Logistics Park. Hyderabad Airport declared an interim dividend of ₹283.5 Cr. Expansion is ongoing in airport land development and duty-free retail.
