MTAR Technologies has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue rose 16.4% YoY to Rs.676 Cr, fueled by new products contributing nearly Rs.200 Cr. EBITDA increased 7.2% to Rs.120.9 Cr, while PAT dropped 5.7% to Rs.52.9 Cr due to higher costs. Q4 revenue jumped 28.1% YoY to Rs.183.1 Cr, with EBITDA up 87.5% to Rs.34.2 Cr, driven by scale-up in Clean Energy, Aerospace, and Defence. Margins are expected to improve as production from new orders ramps up.
